Every customer has to fill in a confidential questionnaire on completion of their installation and once they return it to Network Veka, will receive an insurance backed guarantee by return.

The results of every installation is then recorded at Network Veka HQ and independently audited.  On the basis of what our customers say we have won the “Installation of the Year” award 6 times and in 2004 were delighted when we won an outstanding achievement award.  We reached 15 million pounds of installations at an average customer satisfaction rate of 97%.

Since then we have gone from strength to strength and have now fitted 40 million pounds of products in to over 14,000 homes and maintained 97% satisfaction, more than twice the industry average.
